Karl is one of our Senior Reward Consultants with almost 30 years’ reward management experience. Prior to joining NorthgateArinso, Karl worked in the financial services and retail sectors.
Karl has substantial experience of analysing and advising on pay structures, working in close co-operation with senior management up to and including Chief Executive level and develops relationships as a trusted adviser.
Karl’s experience encompasses:
- Managing job evaluation projects.
- Developing pay structures
- Designing salary surveys and analysing the results
- Managing participation in proprietary salary surveys
- Conducting pay reviews for an organisation with a payroll in excess of £100m
- Developing market salary solutions to address recruitment/retention challenges
- Designing and implementing bonus schemes
