As a senior reward consultant with NorthgateArinso, he is responsible for delivering state of the art job evaluation systems to underpin total reward initiatives and offers detailed solutions to complex pay and reward environments using the unique 'pay modeller' and ‘equal pay reviewer’ software in support of his project delivery approach.
